Time to apply the decals. In a day and half a local company printed all the artwork and here is the result:

The Kick Panel…

Application screens in the control panel where “player 1” and “player2” will be identified

Control panel…

With the decal applied on the control panel it’s easier to make the hole for the buttons and joystick …

This is more or less the final result …

Will update with other applications of decals …

It’s time to start running wire … putting this system together is relatively simple compared to the jamma connections…

As I said previously, I’ll use a cheap arcade stick since I’ll only use the circuit to connect the control panel to the console.

The challenge is to connect all the buttons in this circuit.  I found this image online and it really helped me

After connecting and welding all wires that needed to be connected to the button switches, I fixed the small circuits inside the arcade

The rest of them are all simple connections like those we normally do in game consoles. I just tried to leave all cables neatly arranged and fixed so they don’t run loose inside the cabinet.

Power cables and plasma vga

Subwoofer Box

Left all power supplies in the bottom of the arcade, arranged and fixed so they don’t move during transportation.
